What to do when a student leaves mid semester and doesn't need a report
- Withdraw the student from classes
- Go to Management > Manage Data > Students.
 - Click the row of the the student who has left.
 - Click the Enrolments icon.
 - Highlight all of the the classes of the student.
 - Click the Withdraw icon.
 
 - Enter the student's end date
- Go to Management > Manage Data > Students.
 - Double-click the row of the student, or click their row and then click the Edit icon.
 - Add in the date the student left in the End date field.
 - Save the student's record.
