How to change the comment length?

To change the comment length for any existing comments, follow these steps:

• Open the Quick Setup from the Management screen
• Click on the Parameters icon
• Enter the correct number of characters for the relevant comment field
• Click Save
• Click on the Features icon
• Click Build

CAUTION: If you are decreasing the number of characters and a teacher has already entered more than the new limit, their comment will be cut off at the new character limit which means they will lose the extra characters over the new limit.
