An annual support agreement with Semaphore Consulting entitles your school's Accelerus administrators to email and phone us for support. The Accelerus Licence and Annual Support Agreement outlining the full details of the support conditions may be accessed by clicking here.
Support is available to a school's Accelerus Administrators year round, excluding public holidays and the two week Christmas close-down period:

The Accelerus help desk is only available to nominated Accelerus administrators and not all teachers at the school. All teacher enquiries should be directed to the school's Accelerus administrator(s). Alternatively, teachers can access materials specifically designed for their use - teacher guides, videos and other instructional media - by clicking here.
